FRYE Women’s Veronica Shortie Boot Review
A subtly angled shaft puts a fresh spin on the Frye Veronica Shortie boots. Full-grain leather upper in a mid-calf casual engineer boot style with a round toe. Wide leather straps with adjustable brass buckle closures at the instep and collar. 12 inch circumference collar with a notched leather inlay. 9 inch shaft, leather lining and foam cushioning insole, 1/2 inch midsole. Leather outsole with a rubber forefoot inlay and 1 inch stacked wooden heel with a rubber toplift.

Better than expected
Where do I begin… the LOOK – beautiful, stylish, sexy, fashion forward. I couldn’t ask for a better-looking boot! The color is awesome! There are beautiful variations of brown tones throughout the leather. The QUALITY – the materials and craftsmanship of these boots is outstanding! From the shape of the toes, to the buckles, to the heels; the designers did not overlook one detail! COMFORT – I didn’t have to break the boots in as I wore them all day without any problems. They FIT true to size, but since I wanted to wear them with thick boot socks, I ordered 1/2 size larger. I wear an 8, but ordered an 8.5, instead. Keep in mind that if you use Mink Oil; it may darken the leather. To protect and condition the leather; apply a couple coats of Bick 4 on the exterior of the boots. Then, wipe and buff with a soft, clean cloth. Your boots will love you for it!
Love them Fryes
I love these boots. I have a hard time wearing boots because of my calves. These were perfect. Not to hard to break in. Got my boots in the mail and wore them the next day. I would order Frye boots again. They look really great on my feet. Thankyou J from San Antonio Texas.
Well worth the wait….
I waited until I could afford to splurge on these boots…when I finally got them, I couldn’t have been happier. I find they fit true to size and the workmanship is wonderful. I think these boots will be an addition that I’ll never regret getting.
